3 5 Minute Daily Workouts
Exercise is a huge part of leading a healthy and happy lifestyle. Of course, we’re all aware that it keeps your body fit, strong and flexible. But did you know that it releases endorphins, helping us to feel positive, optimistic and generally great too?
This is why it’s recommended that the average adult gets one hundred and fifty minutes of moderate aerobic exercise a week, or seventy five minutes of vigorous aerobic exercise per week. Now, a lot of us don’t manage to keep up with this amount of exercise. Why? Well, often we put too much pressure on ourselves. We feel that we need to hit the gym every day and consequently fall off track, experience feelings of failure and give up entirely. Instead, why not try out some five minute workouts? These are short, sweet and much easier to incorporate into your daily routine. Here are a few that you might want to try out!
